Due to some unwanted situations, my hosting account has been suspended for almost a week. Last Monday, I received an email from my customer support telling me that my account has been suspended because something in my account caused the server down for a total of 210 minutes.
They asked me whether I’ve changed any settings for my account recently. Yes, I did. I configure some settings for spambox because I’m fed up receiving spams from some servers (some MAILDAEMON emails). As a result, the bug of the anti-spam tool triggered an infinite loop inside my mailbox causing server down.
Well, I didn’t know there’s a bug there….I was so innocent…By the way, the technical supports has already installed a new anti-spam tool. Hope I won’t face this problem again.
