Yeah, I’m currently enjoying the three-month semester holiday. As industrial training is optional to me, so I chose not to go for it. But now, I started to regret as I see Jeff is quite enjoying his training (if I’m not mistaken). At least he learns more than me. As I told him last night, I’m like “a frog in a well”.
Other than that, I’m supposed to be very busy with my seminar. I’ve chosen my seminar topic: Sorting and Searching Algorithm. But then, I seldom have the initiative and motivation to “touch” it. You know, I’m lazy. What I’m doing at home everyday will be: watching TVB’s dramas, movies, surfing the net and then….sleep. As what I mentioned in this topic: very unproductive.
I’m wondering on how to motivate myself. Or are there too much distraction at home? Yeah, probably. With the access of PC and Internet, I could hardly make myself sitting at the desk and start working with my seminar. I’m the kind of person who are easily distracted.
Luckily, I found a way to solve this: stay away from home. When I was in the library, I can concentrate on my work as library is one of the best environment to study or do research. But I must make sure that I don’t bring my laptop. Or else, I’ll be distracted by it…
Oh yeah! I just received my result for last semester. I’m very satisfied with the result and feel a bit surprised. I can’t believe I can get an A for one of the subjects that I thought I might get a B or C. Anyway, with the result of 14A and 2B, I should be more than satisfied.
It’s been very long time since my last post. Never mind, I don’t think there are readers reading my blog though.
